Abri is seeking a Resales Executive to join our Eastleigh office on a permanent basis. You will oversee the customer journey from the start of a shared ownership sale right through to completion, liaising with solicitors and multiple stakeholders to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

We value continuous improvement and you will review data and lessons learnt to enhance the process for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach to the end-to-end conveyancing journey.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cases.
• Ability to analyse data and identify process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the customer journey from start of a shared ownership sale through to completion.
• Liaise with solicitors and a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth process.
• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across the process.
• Analyse data and lessons learnt to continuously improve the customer experience.
