Job summary

Abri is seeking a Resales Executive for a fixed 6-month contract based at our Eastleigh office. You will oversee the customer journey from the start of a shared ownership sale right through to completion, talking to customers and coordinating with solicitors and other stakeholders to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

We value data-driven improvement and you will be involved in reviewing lessons learned to keep refining the conveyancing process for customers and stakeholders alike.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in conveyancing or property sectors preferred.
• Ability to liaise with solicitors and internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in process steps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the customer journey from start of a shared ownership sale to completion.
• Liaise with solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth process and outstanding customer experience.
• Support continuous improvement by reviewing data and lessons learned to enhance the process for customers.
