Job summary

Abri Group in Eastleigh is seeking a friendly, organized Resales Assistant to join our Development team on a 12-month secondment. You will support customers through the Shared Ownership resale process, from first enquiry to completion, and assist resales executives, marketing activity, reporting, and documentation to keep transactions moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, sales support or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confidence building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• A good understanding of the property market, house sales process or Shared Ownership sector (desirable).
• Knowledge of conveyancing, mortgages or home ownership schemes would be an advantage.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for Shared Ownership resale enquiries.
• Supporting customers through the resale journey via telephone, online channels and social media.
• Providing administrative support to the Resales Team, including updating systems, processing invoices, maintaining records and coordinating documentation.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure marketing materials remain accurate and up to date.
• Assisting with sales progression activities to help keep transactions on track.
• Capturing customer feedback and helping identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Producing regular and ad hoc reports and maintaining accurate data across multiple systems.
• Supporting promotional activities and attending events when required.
