Abri in Eastleigh is seeking a friendly and proactive Resales Assistant to join the Development team on a 12-month secondment. You’ll support customers through the Shared Ownership resale process and help keep transactions moving smoothly.

You’ll coordinate documentation, produce reports and work with colleagues to ensure marketing materials are accurate. Strong organisational skills and excellent communication are essential.

Formación

• Previous experience in an administrative, sales support or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confidence building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Knowledge of property market or Shared Ownership sector is desirable.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Acting as the first point of contact for Shared Ownership resale enquiries.
• Supporting customers through the resale journey via telephone, online channels and social media.
• Providing administrative support to the Resales Team, including updating systems, processing invoices, maintaining records and coordinating documentation.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure marketing materials remain accurate and up to date.
• Assisting with sales progression activities to help keep transactions on track.
• Capturing customer feedback and helping identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Producing regular and ad hoc reports and maintaining accurate data across multiple systems.
• Supporting promotional activities and attending events when required.
