Job summary

King’s College London seeks a Reporting Manager for the Data & Reporting Team within Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement. You will lead a small team of analysts to deliver reports, dashboards and benchmarking, focusing on mass engagement and timely insight to support fundraising and alumni programmes.

You will drive CRM improvements, maximise the use of Microsoft Dynamics, and deliver automations and integrations with our CRM.

Qualifications

Significant experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a technical or database management capacity.
Significant experience building reports using Power BI including data-models and reporting architecture.
Strong SQL and ETL/integration expertise, including SSIS and Power Platform, as a developer or analyst.
Experience working cross-team to deliver improvements to systems or processes.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience managing teams and resources, prioritising and planning to deliver complex projects.
Proven capability to learn new technologies and drive continuous improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively and take accountability for Directorate ambitions.

Responsibilities

Lead a small team of analysts to deliver reports, dashboards, benchmarking and mass engagement analytics.
Promote the use of insights to drive fundraising and alumni engagement programmes.
Maximise the benefits of Microsoft Dynamics and deliver automations and CRM integrations to improve data quality and efficiency.
Assess future CRM developments, shape requirements, and work with colleagues to implement changes.
Plan and manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a busy team.
