Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear, part of the Babcock International Group, is recruiting a Reporting Manager for Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, Somerset. You’ll lead delivery of accurate, insight-driven performance reporting across a major clean energy programme, with 37 hours per week and flexible working options.

You’ll bring extensive project controls experience, dashboards and MI for senior stakeholders, plus proficiency with enterprise reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project controls, programme controls or reporting.
• Proven ability to produce dashboards and management information for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with project controls toolsets and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyse trends, variances and KPIs to identify risks.
• Coordinate reporting inputs across teams and partners.
• Develop dashboards covering schedule, cost, progress and risk.
• Improve reporting through standardisation and digital tools.
