Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is seeking a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Test Project Manager for the Hinkley Point C programme near Bridgwater, Somerset. You will oversee HVAC delivery, manage interfaces between design, manufacturing, construction and commissioning, and ensure safe, compliant performance.

Based on a 37-hour week in a highly regulated setting, the role requires strong governance, cost-control and stakeholder coordination skills to support delivery of critical infrastructure and

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects in highly regulated engineering or construction environments.
• Knowledge of project governance, plans, and reporting using Earned Value Management.
• Proven ability to coordinate design, manufacture, construction and commissioning teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive on-time, within-budget delivery of HVAC packages and project activities.
• Coordinate contract administration: variations, technical queries, claims and instructions.
• Manage risks, schedules, budgets and change control across multidisciplinary teams.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors and site stakeholders to ensure readiness and smooth commissioning.
• Produce progress reports using Earned Value Management for decision-making.
