We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly motivated, dynamic Reporting Manager. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing a Performance Reporting Framework and actively promoting its embedment. You will be able to facilitate the delivery and enhancement of ‘Digital by Default’ reporting, establish a Business Intelligence Framework, ensure timely production of high-quality Performance Reports, and create world-class reporting outputs.

You'll
Performance Reporting Framework Management: Responsible for managing and promoting the adoption of a performance reporting framework within the organization.
Digital by Default Reporting: Facilitating the delivery and advancement of digital reporting practices.
Business Intelligence: Supporting the establishment of a framework for business intelligence.
Timely and Quality Reporting: Ensuring on-time production and high-quality month-end performance reports, as well as handling ad hoc information requests.
Best Practices and Stakeholder Management: Establishing best practice guidance, maintaining report templates, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to continuously improve report quality.
About You
Essential
Demonstrated experience managing and promoting reporting solutions on cloud platforms for complex infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with various reporting and analytics software as well as project controls systems.
Supported executive meetings by preparing and submitting high-quality reports in a timely manner.
Successfully managed direct reports.
Known for accuracy, attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable
Actively involved in associations like AACE, PMI, or APM with relevant certifications.
Possesses a detailed understanding of earned value analysis.
Familiar with various contract types, particularly the NEC suite and FIDIC.
Professionally qualified with chartered or equivalent status, and has experience in the construction industry and/or nuclear sector.
