Job summary

Nower Hill High School in Harrow is seeking a part-time Reprographics Technician to support the school’s reprographics service. You will manage printing equipment, fulfill copy and production requests, and assist staff with document finishing and desktop publishing needs.

The role is 12.5 hours per week during term time, with additional days in the summer holiday. Pro rata salary is provided with training offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in reprographics or administrative environment.
• Proficiency with reprographics technology, troubleshooting, or desktop publishing software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or Adobe Suite).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Experience in a school environment beneficial; full training on systems provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient reprographics service to the school under the IT Systems Director.
• Manage multi-functional printing equipment and production requests.
• Monitor and stock supplies, support document finishing and desktop publishing needs.

Repographics Technican

Required for an immediate start.

12.5 hours per week term time only (+ days in the summer holiday.)

Salary Scale at £29,436 pa which pro rata is £8,760.15

The successful candidate should have experience working in a reprographics or administrative environment and an excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a positive, hands-on attitude. Proficiency with reprographics technology, troubleshooting, or desktop publishing software (such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or Adobe Suite) is highly desirable. Experience within a school environment is beneficial, but full training on specific systems will be provided.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive individual to provide an efficient and high-quality Reprographics service to the school. Working under the direction of the IT Systems Director, the post holder will manage multi-functional printing equipment, fulfil copying and production requests, manage stock levels, and support school staff with document finishing and desktop publishing needs.
