B&M Retail Limited is recruiting a Replenishment Supervisor at Junction One International Outlet Shopping, Antrim. This is a permanent, part-time role offering 24 hours per week with daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

You will support the Replenishment Manager to maintain warehouse and store fill levels, stock control and high store standards for customers. The role requires supervising a small team and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising/managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment.
• Strong organisational skills.
• The ability to think on your feet.
• A flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude

We are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Supervisor to join our team at Junction One International Outlet Shopping, Antrim! This is a permanent, part time role, offering 24 hours per week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Replenishment Supervisor you will support the Replenishment Manager to ensure the warehouse, store fill levels and stock control are maintained to ensure the best store standards are delivered for our customers.

You will also:
