B&M Retail Beehive Centre, Cambridge is seeking a driven Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow, deliveries and replenishment, ensuring excellent availability and shop floor presentation.

You will coach and develop the replenishment team, plan workloads, monitor stock levels and drive operational standards in a fast-paced retail environment. The role offers scope to influence store performance and career progression within a growing business.

We're looking for a driven and hands-on Replenishment Manager to join our Beehive Centre store in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives on organisation, enjoys developing teams and takes pride in delivering excellent availability and operational standards. As a key member of the store management team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products are available for customers whenever they visit. Leading your replenishment team from the front, you'll oversee stock flow, deliveries and replenishment activity, ensuring the store remains well-stocked, organised and ready to trade.
