Job summary

Housing Solutions is seeking a Repairs Surveyor to inspect and diagnose complex repairs and property defects, specify corrective work and manage repair projects up to £20,000. You will work with our in-house team, contractors and local authority colleagues, representing Housing Solutions in resident support.

The role covers damp and mould, HHSRS hazard management, disrepair claims, adaptations and post-inspection of completed work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose complex repairs and property defects.
• Specify corrective work and manage repair projects up to £20,000.
• Coordinate with in-house teams, contractors and local authorities.
• Contribute to health and safety, standards and fire-safety decisions.
