Job description

I am looking for a Repairs Surveyor to join a social housing provider in the West Midlands. The Repairs Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out surveys and technical reports in line with group practice. This is an initial 3-month contract.

Repairs Surveyor responsibilities:

1. Prepare and carry out diagnostic inspections, surveys, and technical reports in accordance with Group practice.
2. Provide accurate technical advice with competent and thorough surveys/post-inspections.
3. Deliver an effective and efficient Repairs & Maintenance service.

Requirements for the role:
