Job summary

Trent & Dove in Burton upon Trent is seeking a Repairs Support Manager to lead and develop the Repairs Support Team. You will oversee planning, scheduling, commercial administration and customer support to deliver a high-performing repairs and voids service, maximise workforce productivity, and ensure effective cost control and service delivery across sites.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in housing/construction operations, performance management, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience in housing, construction, business administration, commercial management or operational management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Repairs Support Team to ensure efficient planning, scheduling, commercial administration and customer support for repairs and voids services.
• Maximise workforce productivity through effective management of trade diaries, resource planning and scheduling across operatives and contractors.
• Provide commercial assurance across repairs activities, including job costing, financial controls and validation of subcontractor and materials expenditure.
• Oversee complaints and customer feedback, ensuring investigations are timely and service improvements are based on insights.
