Job summary

MMP Consultancy Limited is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a leading social housing contractor in Croydon (CR0). The role focuses on supervising a team of trades operatives and subcontractors delivering void property refurbishment works on a temporary ongoing basis.

You will ensure high quality, safety, and timely completion, maintain strong communication with clients and residents, and uphold health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams within a social housing context.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (maximum 6 points).

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week)
