Job summary

Construction Resources in Stratford, London, is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to oversee responsive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties. The role includes supervising operatives, monitoring performance and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to required standards.

You will manage scheduling and pricing using SOR codes, liaise with planners, subcontractors and client teams, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience as Repairs Supervisor or Senior Operative in social housing or property maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge across multiple trades.
• Experience using Schedule of Rates (SOR) codes and pricing structures.
• Understanding of health and safety, RAMS and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing teams and monitoring performance.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and mobile work management systems.
• CSCS card held.
• SSSTS, SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
