Job Opportunity: Repairs Planning Team Leader

We are partnering with a Bristol-based Housing Association to appoint a Repairs Planning Team Leader on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

This full-time role is based in Bristol, offering hybrid working (2-3 days remote) with a salary of £35,670 per annum.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience managing teams in call handling and repairs/social housing sectors

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing a team of coordinators within a housing provider
2. Liaising with tenants and contractors regarding repairs and surveys
3. Handling complaints effectively
4. Coaching staff through challenging calls
5. Ensuring staff meet KPIs

Required Experience:

• Coordination of repair works
• Complaint handling
• Strong communication skills over the phone
• IT literacy

Benefits:

Working Hours:

• 37 hours/week
• Monday–Thursday, 08:30–17:00; Friday, 08:30–16:30
