  • Excellent knowledge of pensions, investments, and mortgages.
  • Capable of thorough fact-finding.

You’re a tech savvy Client Administrator with a track record of leading a team to success. You have excellent knowledge of Financial Planning products and drive to deliver great client outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to lead and develop a busy team in a growing business with client outcomes at the heart of everything we do.

About the role
Based in our Bristol office, this role offers variety and challenge in equal measure. As Team Leader, you will provide crucial support to our Financial Planners, ensuring they and their clients receive outstanding service. Your remit will include team management, organisation, and providing a coaching environment to support your team on their career paths.

Accountabilities

  • Lead a team of 4 Client Administrators supporting day-to-day tasks.
  • Act as the point of escalation and use data to highlight accuracy, performance, and SLAs.
  • Process new business applications.
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers and use provider platforms.
  • Prepare documentation for client meetings, including the production of annual planning meeting packs.
  • Communicate directly with clients and proactively find solutions to their queries.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience as a Team Leader or equivalent in a Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or IFA firm.
  • Excellent knowledge of pensions, investments, mortgages, and protection.
  • Great communication skills, highly organised, thrives when developing a team and gaining great outcomes.
  • Intermediate Excel skills – e.g Pivot tables, V:Lookups.
  • Capable of thorough fact-finding and analytical thinking.
  • Enjoys building an innovative team growing a culture of collaboration.
