Job summary

Bromsgrove District Housing Trust in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, is seeking a Repairs Planning Manager to lead resource planning across our Repairs and Maintenance service, driving operational performance and resident experience across occupied and empty homes.

Reporting to the Head of Repairs, you will maximise operative efficiency, improve repair scheduling and support high-quality service delivery from first contact through to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in repairs environment or housing management is beneficial.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Good ICT capability and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead resource planning across Repairs and Maintenance to improve scheduling and performance.
• Ensure vehicles, supplies and budgets support first-time fixes and efficient void turnaround.
• Provide direction to Resource Planners and Repairs team and maintain high service standards.
