Job summary

Salary: £17 per hour
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Planner to join a busy Property Services team based in North West London, with the opportunity to become permanent.

The Role

As a Repairs Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and residents receive a high level of service.

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within repairs planning, scheduling or property maintenance, ideally within social housing or a similar environment.

You will be organised, confident communicating with different stakeholders and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
