Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision or frontline management is preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance and regulations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Direct Labour operatives and subcontractors on repairs projects in East London.
• Ensure work progresses according to plans, schedules and safety standards.
• Attend regular site inspections and maintain high levels of compliance.
• Provide quotes to clients ensuring value for money via National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates.
• Liaise with residents, clients and suppliers and coordinate works with internal teams.
