Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis Group is seeking a Repairs Officer to join our Repairs team in Kings Cross, London. You will coordinate day-to-day repairs, work with contractors and inspect work to ensure high standards and safety across our homes.

We expect strong customer-service skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy office. You’ll contribute to performance monitoring and compliant administrative processes, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in working in a customer service environment.
  • Highly organised and able to manage conflicting priorities in a busy office.
  • Experience of providing performance monitoring and commentary against business targets.
  • Experience of developing and running administrative systems and processes.
  • Good understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

We aim for our residents to only ask once, and if things go wrong, that we fix failures fast.**What you’ll do**As a Repairs Officer, you’ll be a key part of our Repairs directorate, making sure day-to-day repairs are coordinated effectively and completed to a high standard.
