Job summary

Insight in Crick (a local authority context) is seeking a repairs manager to lead and manage the operational delivery of a team of repairs and maintenance staff. You will ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of staff at all times and deliver a safe, compliant, high quality repairs service to properties across the client’s portfolio.

You will manage KPI/SLA performance and department budgets to meet targets, and work with the Assistant Director of Repairs and stakeholders to deliver the client

Job description

Local authority in Northamptonshire are currently looking for a repairs manager to join their expanding repairs team. Purpose of the role: Lead and manage the operational delivery of a team of repairs and maintenance staff including:

• Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of staff at all times.
• Deliver a safe, compliant, high quality repairs service to properties across the clients portfolio, ensuring maximum efficiency and value for money and ensuring our resident's needs are met.
• Manage KPI's / SLA's performance and department budgets to ensure targets are met.
• Supporting the Assistant Director of Repairs and working in partnership with stakeholders to develop and deliver the aims and objectives of the business as set out in the client strategy.
