Job summary

KONE in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly organised Repair Co-Ordinator to support the Area Service Manager community in scheduling chargeable repairs and ensuring timely completion.

You will liaise with engineers, customers, suppliers and subcontractors, track progress against monthly targets, and handle invoicing readiness while maintaining high service standards. This is a 12-month maternity cover with hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and administration skills.
• Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Excel and Adobe; training provided.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Experience in logistics, scheduling or repair planning is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ASM in scheduling and managing chargeable repairs.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
• Coordinate with engineers to book in repair work efficiently.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on repair timelines.
• Order necessary parts and follow up with suppliers, logisticians and subcontractors.
• Participate as an active member of the Planner Group, sharing best practices.
• Present up-to-date figures on progress and ensure alignment with targets.
• Review completed work to ensure timely invoicing and resolve DMR queries.
• Track invoice rates and figures to ensure targets are met.
• Support ASMs with insurance annotation and documentation.
• Understand contract terms to determine chargeable vs. covered repairs.
