Stannah Group in Warrington is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Service Branch as a Repairs Coordinator. You will support managers, oversee engineers and subcontractors, and help the field team achieve branch targets for major and minor repairs.

Qualifications

• NVQ in Administration is desirable or previous proven experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, allocation, and safety compliance for repair work, including risk assessments and method statements.
• Ensure proper use of compliance processes, PPE adherence, and organise engineers’ equipment and documentation.
• Attend site meetings, write reports, and alert the Field Repair Manager to potential issues or delays.
• Oversee the completion of repair works, manage payment milestones, invoicing, and procurement of materials.
• Investigate accidents/near-misses, prepare contract variation quotes, and handle any additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
