Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking four Programme Managers to join the Repair Operations team in Derby, with 60% on-site work in a hybrid model. You will lead cross-functional programmes, drive repair transformation and establish a high-performing PMO to deliver value across the external repair network.

The role requires experience in complex operational environments, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with Rolls-Royce tools such as APQP/PPAP/P6/SMS to enable compliant, value-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• Seasoned PM with a track record in complex operational environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen and matrixed/global delivery.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Repair Operations Programme Management Office.
• Drive cross-functional programmes delivering repair transformation value.
• Implement and mature APQP/PPAP within Repair Operations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning & Control, and Value Stream.
