Job summary

Rolls-Royce Derby is recruiting four Programme Managers to join the Repair Operations team within Civil Aerospace. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex repair capabilities and drive operational excellence in our external repair network.

This hybrid role requires adapting to a safety-first culture, partnering with Engineering, Procurement, Planning & Control, and Value Stream teams to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• An experienced Programme Management professional with a strong track record of leading in complex operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and enable a people and product safety-first culture.
• Partner with Engineering, Procurement, Planning & Control, and Value Stream teams to ensure processes meet KPIs.
• Ensure programme management rigour across requirements management, scoping, estimation, risk management, change control, stakeholder management, and value delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to set up and deliver a suite of projects, including implementation and industrialisation of complex repair capabilities.
