Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Rental Sales Agent for our Milton Keynes location. You will provide a world-class rental service at the front desk, upsell products, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment where the customer is central to everything we do.

You’ll work on a competitive base salary with an exceptional commission scheme and the potential for on-target earnings, plus holidays and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Full, valid, clean driving licence required.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about selling and meeting targets.

Europcar is looking for Rental Sales Agents

Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? Are you someone who enjoys and excels in customer facing roles? Do you enjoy achieving targets and working as part of a diverse team? We are looking for Rental Sales Agents at our Milton Keynes location to work as part of our team on the front desk.

You will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world class customer facing service whilst offering our range of additional products and services to make their onward journey easier. Through our service approach to sales, you'll also have the opportunity to earn some serious commission!

Main duties:

• Provide a high quality rental service to meet customer needs.
• To be commercially aware and recognise and report on prospective business opportunities and competitor activity.
• Sell the company's services and products to achieve targets.
• Handle telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Accurately complete all rental administration and vehicle documentation as well as the reporting of damage.
• Responsibility for cash, vehicles, premises and customer safety.

Key skills and attributes required:

• A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
• A positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to influence others.
• Enthusiastic about selling and can respond positively to objections.
• Manages time effectively and completes tasks required.
• Ability to prioritise and remain organised when working under pressure.
