Avis Budget Group is seeking a proactive Rental Administrator in London to handle rental inquiries, process bookings, and support fleet and revenue targets. You will manage customer relations from initial enquiry through to end-of-rental off-hire in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a courteous, communicative approach, a full driving licence, and a commitment to compliant service delivery. The position is full-time with a rotational shift pattern across Monday to Sunday.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries via calls and emails.
• Assist customers who visit the store professionally.
• Arrange vehicle changeovers and rotations for customers.
• Identify vehicles needing service and MOT; book and inform customers.
• Process new rentals and off-hires.
• Process hire invoices for customers.
• Manage and process vehicles off the road and breakdowns.
• Support wider business with related tasks.
