Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers returning rental vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for damages and document findings.
• Outline and clarify final charges to customers and collect receipts.
• Provide directions and travel information.
• Conduct vehicle inspections for next rental preparation.
• Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Keep the rental car lot organized and safe.
• Follow safety and security protocols.
