Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Kirkcaldy is seeking a Rental Customer Advisor to join our busy Car & Van Rental team. You will deliver outstanding customer care in person and by phone, while supporting daily reporting and operational tasks.

The role requires a flexible, organised individual who can work a rota across seven days and cover other branches when needed, including occasional Saturdays. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a consistently excellent level of customer care, both face to face and on the telephone.
• Using your brilliant communication and organisational skills to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Handling customer complaints and queries.
• Monitoring and controlling expenditure.
• Running daily reports and ensuring they’re acted on.
• Helping to promote the branch and a positive customer experience.
• Occasionally covering at other branches when needed.

Hours

Full Time: 5 days over 7, including rotational Saturday work.

About the role

As part of a busy Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental team, you’ll work with management and other staff members to deliver the excellent service levels our customers expect from us.

The right person for this varied role will be flexible, organised and committed to providing a high standard of customer service at all times.

Day-to-day duties
