Job summary

Arnold Clark in Kirkcaldy is seeking an organised Rental Customer Advisor to join our busy Car & Van Rental team. You’ll deliver excellent customer service daily, both in person and over the phone, helping customers with bookings and enquiries.

The role requires strong admin and communication skills, the ability to work on a rota across seven days, and a valid UK driving licence. Full-time hours apply, with weekend work as part of the rotation.

• Delivering a consistently excellent level of customer care, both face to face and on the telephone

• Monitoring and controlling expenditure
• Running daily reports and ensuring they’re acted on
• Helping to promote the branch and a positive customer experience
• Occasionally covering at other branches when needed

Hours

Temporary: 6 months

Full Time: 5 days over 7, including rotational Saturday work.

About The Role

As part of a busy Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental team, you’ll work with management and other staff members to deliver the excellent service levels our customers expect from us.

The right person for this varied role will be flexible, organised and committed to providing a high standard of customer service at all times.

Day-to-day duties
