Job summary

Arnold Clark is seeking a organised Rental Customer Advisor for our Aberdeen Car & Van Rental branch. The role involves delivering excellent customer care face-to-face and over the phone, with daily tasks that require strong communication and planning.

You’ll support management and colleagues to maintain high service standards and promote a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be flexible, enjoy teamwork, and be able to cover shifts on a rota basis seven days a week, including

• Strong administrative skills.

• Good communication skills.

• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a consistently excellent level of customer care, both face to face and on the telephone.
• Using communication and organisational skills to complete tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Handling customer complaints and queries.
• Monitoring and controlling expenditure.
• Running daily reports and ensuring they’re acted on.
• Helping to promote the branch and a positive customer experience.
• Occasionally covering at other branches when needed.

Hours

Part Time: Saturday 7.30am - 5pm, Sunday 8am - 4.30pm plus 2 weekdays (days to be confirmed).

About the Role

As part of a busy Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental team, you’ll work with management and other staff members to deliver the excellent service levels our customers expect from us.

The right person for this varied role will be flexible, organised and committed to providing a high standard of customer service at all times.
