Hours

Full time: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Location

For this role you would primarily be based out of your closest branch but some travel across the UK will be required.

About The Role

As a Corporate Sales Account Manager for Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental, you will be required to develop new business opportunities and manage and grow existing accounts. You will be responsible for the complete sales process, from initial presentation through to proposal. You will have full responsibility for attaining and exceeding set targets.

The ideal candidate will be an articulate self-starter who is both proactive and creative, with the ability to negotiate deals and continue our brand's success.

Day-to-day duties

  • Sales prospecting
  • Account management
  • Using the CRM system
  • Communicating with all internal and external departments, customers and organisations
  • Monitoring market trends to ensure department remains competitive with pricing

Essential Skills

  • Ability to carry out instructions from management
  • Ability to meet deadlines and targets
  • Good communication with customers, staff and management
  • Ability to use a CRM system
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated
  • Extensive corporate sales experience in car rental or related disciplines
  • A solid understanding of the sales process and be commercially aware
