A leading housing provider is seeking a Rent and Service Charge Officer for a 12-month secondment in Leeds. This role involves ensuring accurate rent and service charge calculations, preparing schedules, and maintaining records. Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively. Qualifications

• Great communication skills and confidence with IT, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong Excel skills for managing and analysing data.
• Accuracy, numeracy and a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
• Experience handling complex numerical data and creating spreadsheets.
• Organised, proactive and keen to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rents and service charges are calculated in line with policy.
• Prepare service charge schedules and calculate revised charges.
• Produce annual rent and service charge letters and reports.
• Maintain accurate records and improve processes.
