Qualifications
Great communication skills and confidence with IT, especially Excel and Word.
Strong Excel skills for managing and analysing data.
Accuracy, numeracy and a sharp eye for detail.
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
Experience handling complex numerical data and creating spreadsheets.
Organised, proactive and keen to learn.
Responsibilities
Ensure rents and service charges are calculated in line with policy.
Prepare service charge schedules and calculate revised charges.
Produce annual rent and service charge letters and reports.
Maintain accurate records and improve processes.
