Job summary

Office Angels in London is seeking a qualified Rent and Service Analyst on a 3-month temporary contract near London Bridge. You will join the Finance Department and help manage rental income, tenant charges, and service charges.

The role requires strong Excel skills and experience in housing finance, with responsibility for accurate records, income processing, and supporting monthly reporting and audits. Immediate start and a hands-on role within a well-established housing organisation.

Rent and Service Analyst (Temporary Contract)

London Bridge | £17.00 - £19.00 per hour | 3-Month Temporary Assignment | Finance Department | Immediate Start

About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Rent and Service Analyst to join a well-established housing organisation based near London Bridge.

Working within the Finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of rental income, tenant charges, service charges and financial reporting, ensuring accurate records are maintained and income is processed correctly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process rent payments, tenant charges and rent adjustments
2. Reconcile rental income and maintain accurate financial records

To be successful in this role, you will have:
