Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd in Wadebridge, Cornwall, invites applications for an Asset Manager Assistant / Operations & Management Graduate. The role supports asset management and operations for solar PV and wind assets, coordinating maintenance, sites, and records.

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-focused graduate with strong IT and MS Office skills, able to liaise with contractors and stakeholders, and to work across a rotating schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, operations, administration or coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and multi-task.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team.
• IT literacy with initiative; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
• Liaise with O&M providers, HV contractors, DNOs and site contractors.
• Manage client, supplier and customer queries.
• Maintain asset registers, site information and maintenance records.
• Monitor renewable energy sites on a rota basis, including weekend cover.
• Provide Operational Controller cover as part of a weekly rota.
• Coordinate wind turbine site inspections and route planning.
• Manage materials, site team briefs, budgets and invoices.
• Support remedial maintenance projects.
• Track and manage open O&M tickets for visibility of works.
• Record and analyse generation figures and operational faults.
• Support project management of site maintenance with materials and subcontractors, including H&S requirements.
