Job summary

RES is seeking a motivated graduate or early-career professional to join the TRIG operations team. You’ll contribute to the safe, value-enhancing performance of a large renewables portfolio across the UK and Europe, applying strong numeracy and communication skills.

Working with site asset managers and senior colleagues, you will develop financial and operational insights, support quarterly reports, and help drive governance and value-adding opportunities within a dynamic energy group.

Qualifications

• Excellent numeracy and analytical capabilities.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Interest in renewables industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of project performance including risk management and value maximisation.
• Analysis of operational and financial reports for drivers of performance.
• Annual budget creation, contract oversight, and site visits.
• Support to wider team across regions and technologies.
