Job summary

Sureserve Compliance Central is seeking an experienced Renewables Breakdown Engineer to maintain and repair renewable energy installations across the region. You will diagnose faults, provide technical support, and ensure customer care while collaborating with engineering and service teams.

A valid driving license is required. The role offers a company vehicle and fuel card, uniform and device, and opportunities for professional qualifications, with a strong focus on safety and regulatory

Qualifications

Experience in renewable energy heating and hot water systems is essential.
Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills required.
Gas qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair faults in renewable energy central heating and hot water systems across the region.
Provide technical support and advice to customers and colleagues.
Ensure high levels of customer care in dealings with clients and tenants.
Communicate updates and progress, complete paperwork electronically and manually.
Adhere to Health and Safety requirements and COSHH records while on site.
Assist with stock ordering and auditing to ensure parts availability.
