Job summary
Sureserve Energy Services is seeking a Heat Pump Service Engineer to service, maintain and repair renewable heating systems across domestic homes in the RG postcodes, using a company van and fuel card. You will diagnose faults, carry out remedial work, and ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications
- Experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on renewable heating systems (ASHP/GSHP) and hot water systems.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
- Full UK driving licence is required.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair air source and ground source heat pumps and hot water systems.
- Diagnose faults and perform remedial works to restore operation.
- Test, commission and optimise system performance.
- Complete service records and documentation accurately.
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused service in occupied homes.
