Job summary

Sureserve is seeking an experienced Renewables Breakdown Engineer to join our team and deliver maintenance and repair services for renewable energy installations. You will diagnose faults, provide expert technical advice, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while collaborating with engineering and customer service colleagues.

The role requires strong problem solving and communication skills, a valid driving license, and the ability to pass criminal and reference checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy heating and hot water systems is essential.
• Gas qualifications are desirable.
• Valid Driving License and ability to pass checks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults in renewable energy central heating and hot water systems.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and colleagues.
• Maintain high levels of customer care and meet quality standards.
• Communicate updates and progress; complete paperwork accurately.
• Comply with health and safety requirements and COSHH records.
• Support stock ordering and auditing to ensure parts are available.
