Job summary

Bridgewater Resources UK is seeking an Electrical Solar & Renewables Sales Manager to drive sales across North Yorkshire & Teesside. The role offers a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 plus lucrative profit share and a company car within a growing renewables business.

You'll build relationships with key customers, win new business, promote solar PV, EV charging, energy storage and heat pumps, and collaborate with branch and internal sales teams to achieve targets. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical wholesale or similar renewables sector.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with drive to win new business.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing a territory.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key customers across the North East and Yorkshire (renewable installers, EV infrastructure specialists, M&E contractors, and organisations across the public and private sectors).
• Win new business and develop existing accounts.
• Promote renewable energy solutions including solar PV, EV charging, energy storage, and heat pumps.
• Collaborate with branch and internal sales teams to drive growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and industry trends.
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events.
