Campbell Scientific is recruiting an Internal Sales Representative for our Renewable Energy team in Shepshed. You will engage with customers, coordinate with field engineers, and tailor monitoring solutions for wind and solar projects.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, producing precise quotations, and supporting the sales cycle from inquiry to proposal. An on-site position with a collaborative team, training and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in an internal sales or customer-facing role.
• Interest in renewable energy technologies such as wind and solar.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into solutions.
• Highly organised with good attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems and quotation processes is advantageous.
• A technical or engineering background is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and develop sales opportunities in renewable energy.
• Prepare quotations and proposals for monitoring systems.
• Support external sales in developing new business and key accounts.
• Build relationships with developers, consultants, and research organisations.
• Provide product and application guidance based on customer requirements.
• Maintain records in the CRM system and track sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet specifications.
