Job summary

Sureserve Compliance Central is seeking an experienced Renewables Breakdown Engineer to join our team in the UK. The role focuses on maintenance and repair of renewable energy installations, diagnosing faults, delivering technical support, and ensuring safety standards are met.

You will work closely with engineering and customer service colleagues to provide high-quality service. Key requirements include experience with renewable energy heating and hot water systems, strong problem-solving

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy heating and hot water systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Valid UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults in renewable energy central heating and hot water systems.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and colleagues.
• Ensure high levels of customer care and quality standards in their work.
• Communicate updates and complete required paperwork (electronic and manual).
• Comply with Health and Safety requirements, risk assessments and COSHH records.
