Job summary

ERSG Ltd is recruiting a Cost Manager – Renewable Energy for Scotland on a contract basis. You will oversee cost control across multiple offshore/renewable projects, delivering VOWD, forecasts, and variance analyses, and presenting findings at cost reviews. Location is Glasgow/Aberdeen/Inverness/Perth with hybrid working (roughly 50% office-based).

Qualifications

• Experience in cost management or cost control within renewable energy, offshore wind, energy, or major infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage costs across multiple projects and regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Value of Work Done (VOWD) across multiple projects.
• Cost forecasting and regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Variance analysis and presenting findings at cost reviews.
• Collaborate closely with contract management and project stakeholders.
