Beautiful Recruitment's client in the renewables sector seeks a Contracts Manager to own day-to-day commercial and customer management for renewables contracts, ensuring accurate quoting, timely escalations, and clear communication between customers, delivery teams and project managers.

The role involves developing organic growth within existing accounts, supporting pricing strategies and maintaining auditable contract records across multiple sites in a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contracts management or commercial roles within renewables, M&E, electrical, utilities or FM environments.
• Strong ability to produce accurate quotations and manage variations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact for renewables clients, managing expectations and service experience.
• Prepare and submit quotations for additional works, variations and upgrades with clear scope and costings.
• Own customer and supplier escalations end-to-end with corrective actions and timely updates.
• Coordinate handover between commercial and delivery teams, ensuring clear requirements and documentation.
• Identify opportunities within existing contracts to support renewal and growth.
