Job summary

Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Business Development Manager for a well-established renewable energy business in Greater Manchester. The role leads the commercial growth strategy and sits on the leadership table.

You will build a robust public/private sector pipeline, drive revenue diversification, and manage pricing, tendering and key stakeholder relationships to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Significant senior commercial or business development experience in renewable energy or related sectors.
• Proven ability to build new pipelines and diverse revenue streams.
• Strong pricing, costing and commercial management skills.
• Experience with strategic partnerships and tender/framework bids.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial growth strategy.
• Build a robust pipeline of public and private sector opportunities.
• Grow presence in the private commercial solar market.
• Lead negotiations, pricing and costing activity.
• Lead tender submissions and framework applications.
• Support revenue diversification and strategic leadership.
