Job summary

Metcor is seeking a Contracts Manager in the Renewables team to own day-to-day commercial and customer management of renewables contracts. You will ensure accurate quoting, timely escalation resolution, and clear communication between customers, delivery teams and project managers.

You will act as a trusted advisor to existing clients, identifying opportunities that improve asset performance, reduce risk and expand Metcor’s scope of work. Hybrid office-based with travel across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contracts management, commercial, or account management within renewables, M&E, electrical, utilities or FM.
• Strong track record producing accurate quotations, managing variations and invoicing/close-out.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills handling customer and supplier escalations.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact for a defined portfolio of renewables customers, managing expectations and service experience.
• Prepare and submit quotations for additional works, remedials, call-off tasks and upgrades with clear scope and exclusions.
• Own customer and supplier escalations end-to-end with investigations and corrective actions.
• Facilitate internal coordination between commercial and delivery functions to ensure smooth handover and governance.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts and support renewals and retention.
