Job summary

Astute Technical Recruitment Ltd is hiring an Asset Manager for Edenbridge, Kent, to oversee a portfolio of renewable energy assets and ensure reliable performance. The role focuses on asset availability, KPI tracking, and proactive fault management, with close collaboration to engineers and subcontractors.

The successful candidate will drive performance reporting, liaise with asset owners and clients, and support ongoing growth of the renewables operations function in the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Asset Management within renewables.
• Experience with utility-scale renewable assets (solar PV or battery storage) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of asset performance metrics and reporting.
• Experience coordinating with customers, asset owners and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational performance of a portfolio of renewable energy assets.
• Monitor asset availability, performance ratios, and KPIs; coordinate corrective actions.
• Act as a point of contact for customers and asset owners; provide performance updates.
• Coordinate fault response activities and ensure SLA adherence.
• Work with engineers and subcontractors to maximise asset uptime.
• Analyse data trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Produce performance reports for internal stakeholders and investors.
