Job summary

Servara Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a growing renewable energy contractor to recruit a Renewables Administrator to support heat pump, solar PV and battery storage projects across Devon.

£28,000-£30,000 salary, permanent full-time role with ongoing training and development opportunities. You will work with an experienced renewables team, supporting customers, engineers and suppliers to keep projects on track and fully documented.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or coordination within heating, plumbing, electrical, or renewables sectors.
• Good understanding of domestic heating systems.
• Knowledge of heat pumps, solar PV or battery storage systems is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries for heat pump, solar PV and battery storage projects.
• Coordinate site surveys and gather data for quotations and designs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and project files.
• Order materials and monitor deliveries to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate installation dates with customers, engineers and suppliers.
• Provide regular updates to customers on project progress.
• Assist with accreditation, grant and network approvals.
• Prepare handover packs and installation documentation.
• Support aftercare enquiries and follow-up works.
• Assist renewables team with admin and coordination tasks.

Renewables Administrator £28,000-£30,000 + Benefits Servara Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a growing renewable energy contractor for a Renewables Administrator to support the delivery of heat pump, solar PV and battery storage projects across Devon.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with experience in the heating, plumbing, electrical or renewables sector. Working closely with customers, engineers and suppliers, you will support projects from initial enquiry through to installation and completion.

Renewables Administrator Duties Will Include:

• Managing customer enquiries relating to heat pump, solar PV and battery storage projects
• Coordinating site surveys and gathering information required for quotations and system designs
• Assisting with the preparation of quotations, proposals and project documentation
• Maintaining accurate customer records and project files
• Ordering materials and monitoring deliveries to ensure projects remain on schedule
• Coordinating installation dates with customers, engineers and suppliers
• Providing regular updates to customers throughout their project
• Supporting industry accreditation, grant and network approval applications
• Preparing handover packs and installation documentation
• Assisting with aftercare enquiries and coordinating any follow-up works required
• Supporting the wider renewables team with administration and project coordination tasks

The Renewables Administrator Will Need:

• Previous administration or coordination experience within the heating, plumbing, electrical or renewables sector
• A good understanding of domestic heating systems
• Knowledge of heat pumps, solar PV or battery storage systems would be advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
• A proactive and professional approach to work
• A full UK driving licence

Desirable Experience:

• Preparing quotations or technical proposals
• Heat loss calculations
• MCS, grant or compliance processes
• Scheduling engineers and coordinating installation projects
